A migration agent is not a form-filling service. The value is in the assessment that happens before anything is lodged: identifying the criterion most likely to fail, the evidence that answers it, and the timing that gives the application its best chance under current policy.
That is why we ask every prospective client to complete a pre-assessment first. It gives us the facts - visa history, occupation, English, family, dates - before we comment on prospects. If the pathway is weak, we say so. If no pathway exists, we say that too, and you have not paid for an application that was never going to succeed.
Only registered migration agents and Australian legal practitioners may lawfully give immigration assistance in Australia. You can confirm our registration on the public register maintained by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority.
