The people who will actually work on your application.
Small practice, deliberately. Every matter is supervised by the registered migration agent whose name is on the register, supported by a client services team that keeps files moving.

Raju KC
Registered Migration Agent · MARN 1799073
Raju KC leads every matter the practice accepts. He is registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority and previously worked as an Immigration Officer with the Department of Home Affairs, assessing applications before he began preparing them.
He works across skilled migration, employer sponsorship, partner and student applications, and review matters at the Administrative Review Tribunal, and advises Australian businesses on sponsorship structure and compliance. Consultations are available in English and Nepali.
His registration, status and registered business details are published on the OMARA public register and can be checked by anyone.
Client services, document control and coordination.
Behind the agent sits a client services team that manages appointments, document collection, checklists and correspondence, and keeps applications moving between milestones. Employers dealing with sponsorship also work with this team on record keeping and evidence packs.
Support staff do not give immigration assistance. Under Australian law, advice about your visa options and prospects can only come from a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner - so if you are told something that affects your application, it comes from the agent.

What that means for your file.
Work with the agent, not a call centre.
Complete the pre-assessment and your matter goes straight to the registered agent for review.
